Version 0.2.5 is built and tested locally. There is no public download until the release conditions below are met.
Before release
- Done: Production build passes its checks. Permissions, network scope and bundles are validated on every build.
- Open: Authorisation from Vortex. A Vortex moderator wrote, as relayed by the maintainer, that an extension may be created and public information on the platform used, as long as it is not presented as official or endorsed by Vortex. Not yet verified: the original message, and whether a moderator's statement is Vortex's authorisation for a publicly distributed extension. It does not address the Ko-fi link or Eddy's reuse of Vortex's styling.
- Open: Permission to reuse Voltimons' data. Not yet established, nor any attribution Voltimons requires. Voltimons publishes no terms or licence for its data.
- Open: Access to Voltimons' API. When last checked (10 October 2026), Voltimons' API accepted requests only from its own website, so Eddy cannot download market data. Eddy does not work around this.
